I am a passionate and experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry and engaging with partners and prospects in more than twenty countries in Asia and Africa. For the past ten years, I have been specializing in the digitalization and the management of legal identities, civil registries, identity documents, governmental e-services, with specific expertise in complex IT ecosystems, biometrics and data protection.
Engineer by background, I am pragmatic and output-driven. My acute technical knowledge helps me to better challenge technical contributors and more accurately assess the risks and benefits of each decision considered. Throughout my career, I successively (and sometimes concurrently) held the roles of technical presales, subject matter expert, bid manager, regional sales manager, international business developer and program manager.
I am now looking to put my expertise at the service of projects owners or international financial institutions, in order to make a greater impact.
